Si no tienes la posibilidad de acompañarnos en Cuenca, sí puedes ser parte de nuestro evento, participando de forma virtual. Solo realizas la inscripción y envías el material de la ponencia (grabación de vídeo y audio más diapositivas del material gráfico y escrito complementario, describiendo cuál debe ser la sincronización entre ellos; es decir, en qué momento de su exposición debe aparecer cada imagen o texto) a la siguiente dirección electrónica: jordonez@ups.edu.ec
El material de audio y vídeo debe satisfacer los parámetros siguientes: la proporción del vídeo debe ser 16:9; pantalla 1920×1080 FHD. Audio de 16 BIT STEREO, grabado con micrófono lavalier o corbatero (solapa). En caso de grabarlo con celular, por favor, verificar la capacidad del Smartphone y colocarlo en modo avión para que el vídeo no se interrumpa en caso de llamada entrante, y el audio se puede grabar utilizando la modalidad manos libres del teléfono.
El material escrito y gráfico, complementario a su ponencia, debe ser en Powerpoint.
El archivo de vídeo y las presentaciones para la intervención debe ser enviado a través de la plataforma wetranfer para ser editado.

If you do not have the possibility to join us in Cuenca, you can be part of our event, participating in a virtual way. You only have to make the inscription and to send the material of the presentation (video and audio recording plus slides of the written and graphic material, complementary to your presentation, describing what should be the synchronization between them, that is, in which moment of your presentation should appear each image or text) to the following electronic address: jordonez@ups.edu.ec
